We are looking for a Project Manager to work on the implementation of a marketing system for a large, high technology company in Sunnyvale. The project manager will be responsible for leading the cross function team in the selection, implementation, training and support of the marketing system. This role will include project management of an internal and external team of global stakeholders, managing schedules and action items.
This is a 30 – 35 hr per week, 6 month role (extensions possible) at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w2 opportunity with Stage 4 Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the team during the implementation of new marketing system
• Manage project team meetings and execution of action items
• Manage project plan in excel or Microsoft project and ensure execution to deadlines
• Support requirements gathering and vendor selection for a new marketing system
• Cross functional/global team collaboration
• Configuration/work flow modeling
• Test plan definition and execution
• Training plan development and delivery
• Change management across global internal teams
• Development and execution of team communication plan
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with marketing systems
• Experience working with marketing technologies (e.g. email, social, web, analytics tools)
• Preferred, experience with Salesforce.com integrations
• Strong project management skills, working in a large, global organization
• Strong process development skill set and framework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working and collaborating with global teams
• Bachelors Degree
