RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate with business partners including the Acquisition Marketing team to define roadmap and business requirements.
-Define initial product project strategy, identify implementation options and guide business partners on recommendations and prioritization.
-Define requirements, and shepherd from concept to release while partnering with both internal Engineering resources and external 3rd party development partners including off-shore teams.
-Evaluate potential 3rd party partners and their ability to deliver on business goals, and manage successful integration projects
-Ensure that SEO requirements are captured across projects and applied to applicable digital channels.
Assess technical questions and partner with Engineering where needed to reach a resolution.
-Develop metrics to measure success and ensure ability for on-going monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting.
-Continuously monitor industry trends and developments including new tools and capabilities.
-Create, document and implement processes where needed to achieve desired strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
-5 - 7 years' experience in product development with a mix of technical, project and product background and a proven history of launching successful e-commerce initiatives.
-Previous experience in the Acquisition Marketing space including SEO/SEM and third party affiliates. Experience working with Tag Management Systems.
-Self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
-Strong partnership skills and ability to clearly define areas of ownership with both technology teams and product leaders.
-Ability to quickly identify critical decision points and potential issues and provide solution options and recommendations, including both business and technical implications/trade-offs, to the project and leadership team.
-Proven multi-tasking skills with ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal business teams and vendor partners.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work-streams including work prioritization, planning, task delegation, and working with peers and vendors in a cross-functional setting.
-Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Timing: Immediate
Duration: 6 Month Contract, with possibility to convert to perm
