We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for a client in Petaluma, CA. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the management of digital marketing assets and input into a new SaaS based solution. This is a great role for a college student, recent college graduate or junior marketing professional.
This is a 20 hr per week, 6 month project (with extensions likely), onsite at the client's offices in Petaluma, CA. There is some flexibility to work remotely after the initial on boarding period. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Work across the marketing team to gather/locate marketing assets
• Gain approval from marketing managers on which assets should be uploaded into the Digital Asset Management system
• Upload approved marketing assets into the Digital Asset Management system, with correct keywords, tags for search capabilities
• Keep accurate reports and metrics as to work performed
Requirements:
• Multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Collaborative and great team work skills
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Organized and ability to project manage across a global organization
