Product Manager - SaaS Web Portal (Sunnyvale, CA)
We are looking for a Product manager for a role at a global data center hosting solutions company in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an inbound product management role working with customers and engineering on the next release of a customer facing web portal.
This is a 40 hour per week; 3 month (extensions likely) onsite role at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Drive product definition including requirements, user stories, use cases, wireframes and information architecture for the next release of the customer portal.
• Capture and prioritize customer feedback (bugs, enhancement requests and new requirements) into the release
• Participate in portal architecture design and technical reviews
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) by engaging the testers, preparing the test script, populating the sample data, and prioritize defects found
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in customer facing web/portal product development from concept to launch and post-launch support/analysis
• Knowledgeable and experienced in cloud services, networking and telecommunications
• Experienced in user-centered design and product development lifecycle management
• Preferred, knowledgeable and experienced in Scrum as a Product Leader
• Ability to deliver effective business proposals, roadmaps and requirements documents
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and negotiation)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science field. MBA preferred
