We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to work for a global high tech company in Redwood City, CA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for execution and reporting of marketing programs within the client's Marketo and Salesforce.com systems. This is a hands-on Marketo focused role.

This is a 40 hours per week, 6 months contract, with contract to perm conversion, working onsite at the client's offices in Redwood City, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the design, development, execution and measurement of regional demand generation and lead nurturing programs within the Marketo Marketing automation system

• Manage and distribute program reporting to all key stakeholders; analyze performance data with the goal of making improvement recommendations

• Actively manage the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle (capture, nurture, score, distribute, close) in Marketo and Salesforce

• Work with regional marketing teams in capturing leads from across all marketing activities (digital, local events, tradeshows, etc.) and loading in to Marketo

• Develop and manage a set of agreed-upon SLAs for lead feedback from sales (invalids, nurture, recycle, etc.)

• Monitor and provide ongoing optimization support for lead qualification thresholds (lead scoring and distribution)

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing operations

• 2-4 years of experience with Marketo and Saleforce

• Proven ability to build and manage a shared demand waterfall with sales utilizing Sirius Decisions methodologies

• Extensive experience in working with sales, sales operations, marketing, and IT teams in developing and implementing processes, business requirements, and systems

• Expertise with MS Office applications; strong familiarity with HTML and Java script for creating landing pages and emails to support campaigns

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Tradeshow Program Manager with solid, recent experience in creating tradeshow marketing, promotional, and event program experiences for various size tradeshow programs. This 100% work from home / remote / telecommute role will partner with our client to define overall program objectives, budget, and marketing programs. The manager will design, develop, implement and deliver against their recommended strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate is a strong integrated marketing communications professional, both strategic and tactical within the tradeshow and events space, accustomed to working in a fast paced, results-oriented, customer-centric environment. Specific responsibilities include:



Provide professional event marketing and communications services to develop and deliver client tradeshow marketing programs at events such as EMC World, Cisco Live, VMworld (US EMEA) and potentially supporting a CAB program.

Working with the client's Lead Marketing Strategist and reporting the Marketing Manager, the Tradeshow Program Manager will drive and handle and delivery of the Tradeshow Marketing Programs strategy, implementation and deliverables.

Activities and deliverables include some or all of the following items based on the program need:

Ensure clear business objectives are created and the tradeshow programs map to them

Leverage key integrated marketing communications planning to implement against overall program goals

Analyze programs for effectiveness at segment/campaign level

Identify new marketing opportunities based on customer insight, industry trends and competitive research for tradeshow implementation

Collaborate with internal client stakeholders, drive tradeshow strategies and ensure implemented programs align with corporate and brand objectives

Develop program success metrics and provide tracking mechanisms, analysis and course corrections throughout programs

Manage target audience research, analysis, definition by segmentation, audience acquisition strategy development and implementation to goals

Oversee all tradeshow logistics including pre show preparation and onsite execution and management.

Participate in all planning meetings, includes creating initial planning Strawman, detailing meeting notes and action items and sending them out to planning team.

Post event listing on client website and other social media sites as needed

Interface with exhibit house to order necessary booth properties and arrange for shipping to and from show site.

Update planning Strawman, tactical plan, and timeline of program on an ongoing basis during the preplanning timeframe, outlining all deliverables associated with the show.

Facilitate the graphics plan by working with graphic designer and planning team to understand messaging and imagery requirements. Arrange and communicate all shipping in and out logistics between Graphics Vendor and the exhibition hall – includes constant monitoring and tracking.

Format and upload leads to client lead management database

Manage all show services including: Lead retrieval systems, networking and electrical, furnishings, cleaning, plant services, drayage, and move in time negotiation

Identify and organize booth staffing

Register all staff and obtain all show badges

Provide instructions to show attendees on how to register for host hotel and track and monitor registrations.

Coordinate with client Program Manager on the content development of booth guide and other marketing deliverables based on their needs.

Interface with promotional vendor to produce additional t-shirts for giveaways during the show

Develop and manage complete tradeshow budget – includes reconciliation of estimated budgets vs. actual budget allocation, process monthly accruals, and ensure that the program is delivered in budget

Skills:

8 to 11 years' experience managing tradeshow programs, including setting tradeshow marketing program strategies. Must include recent experience working for at least one technology company.

Strong communications skills: verbal/public speaking, written, presentations

Strategic, creative and business minded while ensuring strong delivery/execution results

Experience in market research and/or marketing analytics

Strong project management capabilities. Must have the ability to juggle multiple, concurrent demanding initiatives and projects

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Jiffle experience is a plus

Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
