We are looking for a Content Management and Web Specialist for a global enterprise solutions company in Sunnyvale, CA. The Content Management and Web Specialist will be responsible for managing content on partner web portals, backend infrastructure management and building microsites for partner events.
This is a 40 hour per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA, for a 3 month period (extensions are possible). This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits are offered.
Responsibilities
• Manage all partner content portals and websites
• Determine where to publish content, aligned with partners and partner roles
• Ensure portals/website changes/additions are published in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Project manager for sites redesigns and/or additions.
• Be the customer service liaison for user questions and/or problems with the portals/web sites.
• Create landing pages/micro sites for partner marketing activities – events, webinars, email campaigns, etc
• Manage registrations for partner webinars/workshops
• Run reports and analyze results
Requirements
• 3 to 5 year of content management and web experience in a high tech company
• Experience working with b2b channel partners
• Exceptional program management and communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with industry standard web applications (Photoshop, etc)
