Job Description:

As a Program Manager in Customer Success, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and implement multiple customer-facing programs that will assist Intacct in managing our Advocacy for Life program. The ideal candidate will have a combination of domain expertise, project management experience, and be driven to create programs that allow our Account Managers to achieve the highest levels of success for our customers. You are a critical team member in the continuing dramatic growth of Intacct - the market leader in cloud computing financial management and accounting applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage all customer communications and playbooks for Intacct's Advocacy for Life program

• Create and maintain NPS survey follow up playbook using Gainsight, and SFDC

• Increase Customer Adoption by developing Customer Success Review plans for post go-live.

• Create and implement a renewal execution plan ensuring close dates are met by the Customer Success Account Managers

• Manage and optimize the ongoing customer escalation process with Customer Support

• Develop quarterly business reviews for key customer segments

• Develop customer onboarding program with Professional Services

• Collaborate with Marketing and the Community Manager to develop programs to increase customer advocacy

• Launch and help manager Customer Reference program with Community Manager

• Collaborate with Community Manager and Marketing in organizing/staffing on-site user group events

Job Requirements:

• Ability to engage across multiple departments and functions including Marketing, Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services

• Experience interacting with C Level Executives

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities

• Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others' ideas

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars

• Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer and business tracking, follow-up, and team coverage

• Strong program/project management capabilities coupled with ability to manage multiple projects under a tight deadline

• BS/BA and a minimum of 5+ year of business experience.

• Previous experience with CRM, ERP, financial or enterprise solutions a plus.
