Job Summary:
This key position requires a detail-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to source and recruit top talent in the Healthcare IT industry for contract assignments with hospitals and health systems across the country.

Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, this key role requires broad technical recruiting skills, healthcare experience and knowledge, and the ability to screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit. These critical initiatives will support sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, internal recruiting, and improved margins and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prequalify an extensive database of
Healthcare IT professionals for proactive marketing of
candidates to prospective clients as well as to prepare
for upcoming openings with existing clients.
• Design and make use of candidate prequalification checklists,
questionnaires, templates, etc.
• Meticulously document all recruiting activities in Bullhorn ATS tool.
• Stay abreast of sourcing techniques and training.
• Drive creative ways to increase awareness of our products and
services including the use of social media, digital marketing, and
other forms of advertising.
• Keep abreast of best practices, sourcing techniques and
upcoming web technologies.
• Utilize applicant tracking system to create “hot lists” or
“tear sheets” for quick reference.
• Prioritize job requirements effectively.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Healthcare IT or IT recruiting experience
• Stable work history averaging 2+ years per role with track record of success
• Strong orientation toward quality and customer service
• Impeccable written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills
