Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a part time Channel Marketing Campaign Program Manager for our technology client in Morgan Hill, CA. The Channel Marketing Campaign Program Manager will create deliverables associated with the pre-defined marketing plan and campaign program plans to increase responses, drive traffic to website, increase conversions, and improve tracking and overall ROI of lead generation efforts.
This is a hands-on role that will see you roll up your sleeves to get the work done and then roll them back down to report your results to the management team. Our ideal Campaign Manager will show a passion for generating leads with a limited budget and knows how to nurture leads using Salesforce or other marketing automation platforms. Success will ultimately come from helping generate leads that turn from marketing qualified to sales-qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with marketing lead and key stakeholders to drive implementation and optimization of comprehensive quarterly campaign plans, strategies, and deliverables that create demand for client's products and solutions
Manage the delivery of a of mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements, including: search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, content syndication, direct response online banners – campaigns driven with the most compelling and creative calls to action to deliver stated ROI and contribution to pipeline goals
Manage and monitor key analytics programs and conversion funnels for lead nurturing, i.e. google analytics, marketing automation, etc
Collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager to engage audience with relevant content including whitepapers, website pages, promotional emails, case studies, press releases, collateral, blog posts, social media content and more.
Work with the sales team to understand revenue opportunities, and develop, create and distribute sales collateral to address opportunities;
Assist in developing and managing inbound lead generation and lead nurturing programs
Assist in the refinement direction of customer acquisition programs, including advertising, PR and content marketing
Skills:
5-8 years proven B2B campaign management and lead generation marketing experience in the enterprise high technology market space.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems (such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) as well as Salesforce.com.
Strong competence with metrics and analytics across multiple channels to distill campaign knowledge into actionable plans that produce results
Ability to write effective demand generation copy
Excellent project management skills with the ability to take programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision and a strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and possess the ability to work independently and to effectively multitask activities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Knowledge of the buyer's journey
Proven ability to approach complex programs from unique angles
Ability to back-up ideas and direction with metrics and performance data
BA or BS degree required, MBA a plus
Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Primarily work from home/remote/telecommute with the ability to be onsite at clients' office in Morgan Hill, CA approximately once a month for meetings. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration: Part time (15 hours per week), April 13, 2015 – December 31, 2015.
