We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Launch Manager for an enterprise B2B high tech company. The Launch Manager will own the new product introduction process and execution of product launches. Additional tasks will include marketing budget management and content management on SharePoint.
This is a 12 month, 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in Milpitas, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits provided.
Responsibilities
• Create product launch schedule. and track product launch tasks and owners. Ensures all tasks are completed on time.
• Be the single point of contact for cross Coordinate functional teams involved in product launch preparations, including product marketing, product management, marketing communications, and external vendors.
• Schedule and lead launch meetings. Prepares launch meeting agendas, minutes and presentations. Produces detailed launch readiness and status reports and notifications as appropriate.
• Management of marketing team budget allocations, expense tracking and reporting, on a weekly basis. Tracking of POs approvals and expenditures.
• Content management on SharePoint, updates to marketing reference guides.
Requirements:
• 10 years experience in managing product launches for enterprise B2B solutions, in global high tech companies.
• Strong understanding of launch management, relationship management skills, attention to detail; excellent communications skills.
• Proven capability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Experience with budget management
• BS, MBA preferred
