Role: Partner Program Manager

Location: San Francisco

Time Frame: 6 months+

Position Overview:

Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Program Manager to execute and support launch of global partner programs on behalf of the Global Partner Program Team.

This is a 1099 or W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.

Responsibilities Include:

-Provide support in launching programs to our global distribution partners and resellers

-Develop communications targeted at these two partner types

-Manage the Partner Training Portal

-Manage and or provide review of channel enablement materials such as playbooks, guides, presentation, training materials, etc. that are targeted at these two channels to drive sales of the client's solutions

-Track and report results for Quarterly Business Review

-Manage the program budget associated with the above efforts

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years channel program experience working with distribution and resale channel partners. In addition the candidate has a combination of strategic vision and tactical organizational skills as well as a comfort level communicating with participants and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience to hone their project management skills in a position that has significant visibility and measurable impact across the business.

Skill Sets

-5+ years of channel marketing experience

-Experience working with channel sales organizations

-Solid understanding of partner business models, especially distribution and value added

resellers

-Updating Program Guides, Presentations, Portal Content

-Strong marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad based marketing

initiatives.

-Works independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment

and experience.

-Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.

-Strong presentation skills.

-Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.

-Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

-Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.

-Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
