Events Manager (Petaluma, CA)
We are looking for as Events manager for a contractor role at a global solutions company in Petaluma, CA. The Events manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, programming and logistics management for major tradeshows and large internal sales meetings in the US. Additionally, the Events manager will be responsible for establishing branding and customer experience guidelines for worldwide events and regional events.
This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month role (extensions likely) onsite at the client's offices in Petaluma, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Management of all event planning, deliverables and logistics for 4 major events annually
• Drive cross functional team meetings
• Budget management; reporting analysis
• Providing on-site logistical and other event support
• Establish and monitor adherence to event branding and customer experience guidelines for worldwide and regional events
• Serve as consultative support to worldwide marketing teams who run regional events
Requirements:
• 10 years of corporate event and tradeshow management experience
• Collaborative, high energy, ability to learn, and extreme attention to detail; flawless execution
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
• Approximately 10% travel in the US, to manage 4 large events
