Demand Gen Manager – Reporting and Analysis (Milpitas, CA)
A large enterprise solutions company is looking for a resource in their demand generation team to analyze and report on impact and ROI for a broad range of marketing activities. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for creating metrics, results reporting and analysis of all marketing activities, leveraging data and tracking abilities in Marketo and the CRM solution.
This is a 6 month contract role (extensions possible), 40 hours per week, onsite at the client's offices in Milpitas, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Work across the marketing and sales organizations to understand demand generation activities and marketing programs.
• Develop relevant metrics, investment required, and asses returns for each marketing activity
• Understand current tracking capabilities within Marketo and CRM solutions. Suggest improvements to metrics tracking and connection between marketing activities and sales results.
• Create ROI analysis, metrics reports and impact analysis on full range of marketing activities
• Suggest demand generation strategy changes based upon the analysis results
Requirements:
• 10 years marketing and demand generations experience in b2b enterprise high tech companies
• Experience in enterprise channels, direct sales and related marketing programs
• Experience using Marketo and CRM solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively across the marketing and sales organizations
• Strong analytical skill set
• Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
