Soffront Software, Inc. has an opening for a Digital Marketing Manager to grow our business. Soffront is an award-winning, pioneer in CRM Software.
Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager is a critical role for the success of the Marketing Team. This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing team in creating and executing all marketing plans from strategic thinking, execution, and insights to finished program. The Marketing Manager will direct and manage marketing program planning, write content, and deliver execution; provide day-to-day project direction and management of marketing growth campaigns or programs, develop user content and digital marketing campaigns, web, and sales collateral; support and manage key business partner relationship programs from development thru execution; manage program measurement and optimization; assist with corporate branding and other strategic company initiatives; and generate competitive research.
The ideal candidate must be data-driven with excellent project management skills. He/she must feel comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment while managing a variety of assignments in a lean SAAS environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in product marketing, growth or marketing management in the consumer space.
• Managing 3 - 4 people based in the U.S. and India
• Able to exercise independent judgment in solving complex problems.
• Able to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage diverse projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communications skills.
• Great writing and analysis skills.
• Proactive, fun with positive attitude.
Legal to work in the US (documentation required). No H1B Visas.
