Sr. Web Marketing Manager (Contractor)

What you will do: This is a vital role in supporting the online presence of our marketing website www.box.com. The Sr. Web Marketing Manager (Contractor) will be responsible for the following:
- Project management: Guide projects from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects including requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, project timeline, budget management, risk management and change control.
- Program management: Play a leadership role in defining web project priorities, and manage project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for key initiatives, in collaboration with Design, Localization, Web Dev, PR, OPS, QA and Business Analtyics for testing efforts as needed.

- Manage site localization strategy and content translation projects.
- "Always be testing": from A/B testing CTAs and content placements to optimizing lead gen user flows, you'll be the expert on testing strategy and objectives. You'll partner with Demand Generation, Design, Web Dev, Marketing Ops and Business Analytics teams on testing efforts.
- Website governance: owner of website operational guidelines, define roles and responsibilities, optimize new project initiation process, manage homepage content calendar, etc.
- Analytics and reporting: build strong partnership with Business Analytics team to measure and report website performance to key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Drupal content editing as needed

Who you are: We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial marketer with deep web/digital marketing experience, exceptional communication, and leadership skills to join our growing team.
- Passionate about B2B lead gen, web optimization, web analytics, and data
- Passionate about B2B lead gen, web optimization, web analytics, and data
- 5+ years of proven web/online marketing experience at a leading technology company. Prior experience with SaaS company preferred
- Familiar with Drupal CMS, Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 2+ years using Drupal CMS preferred.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize deliverables with tight deadlines
- Solid knowledge of Web technical and design processes

- Demonstrated capability to make data driven decisions
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions

- Experience with localization, search engine optimization, personalization, testing (Adobe Target) and analytics (Adobe Analytics) a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or other related field. MBA a plus
