Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Process Coordinator to assess and identify training and development needs for all field administrative professionals. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs to develop criteria and determine training requirements. This role will work across several corporate departments and develop appropriate job-relevant training including training procedures manuals, guides and/or course materials. The Process Analyst works to support the implementation of new processes, improvements, and best practices. This role will maintain and update training materials on SharePoint to promote learning initiatives. This role will amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment. On-going evaluation of training will be developed to design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Site maintenance – Development of new content, tools for the site.
• Making recommendations for improvements to processes.
• Working with IMS on streamlining the SharePoint and Bobnet (organize and upkeep).
• Maintain relationships across corporate departments to promote advocating of administrative impact.
• Site maintenance - Auditing of content (quarterly).
• Creating maintaining a feedback loop for improvement.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for all requirements associated with the new processes, tools, and reports.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years coordinating, managing and executing projects/programs small to medium size in scope from inception to completion preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Training background highly preferred.
• Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to write clear and accurate training outlines and documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new applications and technologies.
• Ability to adapt content to the target audience.
• Strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities, whether working independently or in a team situation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, power point, project).
• Prior experience with an LMS database is preferred highly preferred.
