Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Acquisition Integration Program Manager to drive on-boarding of engineering teams transitioning into our client teams from recent acquisitions. The Program Manager will drive the on-boarding program from start to finish of each acquisition, sometimes managing multiple acquisitions simultaneously. The Acquisition Integration Program Manager should be a consummate communicator, outgoing, level-headed and a flawless executor.

The ideal consultant is a high-impact individual contributor with extraordinary communication skills, solid writing/editing abilities, a positive outlook and a "can do" attitude. Seeking a self-starter, people person, with a solid background for understanding and communicating with professional engineers.



Responsibilities:

As a member of the functional onboarding team, drive and communicate the steps of employee integration

Develop and deliver compelling internal and external programs to create a successful, straightforward onboarding experience

Prepare internal communications onboarding materials to newly acquired employees, including: collateral, email communications, web content, presentations

Functions as the team lead in the process of acquisition integration: Requires superb listening skills, intense amounts of communication and understanding of people and what motivates them

Skills:

7 – 10 years' combined internal/corporate communications/marketing communications/acquisition marcom program/project management experience. Must have proven track record as a senior manager with experience in the enterprise B2B market for at least one large company.

Prior experience managing communications targeting engineering audiences strongly preferred

Prior acquisition integration experience and/or change management background a strong plus

Must be an outstanding liaison, understanding priorities and goals of diverse individual/group interests with ability to synthesize and execute a win-win solution agreeable to all parties

Must be a self-driven professional able to extend extra effort and focus to quickly come up to speed (self-train) on all aspects of the acquisition process

Acquisition integration requires "sales aptitude." Background in partnership "services" selling or product marketing a huge plus

This is a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Must be proactive, not afraid to ask questions, focused and able to develop strategy and execute flawlessly

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: written, verbal, presentation

Need to be a quick learner of technologies and the high tech industry. Within the first few weeks you must be able to sit in a meeting and be able to decipher the critical points and non-critical points.

Can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving on the fly

Ability to watch the big picture as well as drive tactics

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, a self-starter and problem solver

Ability to positively influence diverse types of individuals

Level-headed in all circumstances

Flexible, diplomatic, professional

Bachelors' degree

Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group, benefits available
