The Role:
This role is responsible for driving preference for MobileIron as a marketing partner with our top tier tech partners. It blends strategy and marketing execution - with pivotal impact on our fast-growth business:
• Lead global co-marketing planning, program creation and execution with quick time-to-market
• Develop and drive solutions enablement, solutions launches and thought leadership.
• Drive partner marketing activities that result in sales pipeline and position us as a thought leader.
• Build and nuture senior marketing relationships to identify and activate joint opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Engage partners in the creation of co-marketing strategy and plans with measurable goals.
• Seek out and secure co-marketing opportunities with partner companies globally.
• Develop a content strategy and lead content creation with top solutions partners, including messaging, solutions briefs, white papers, blogs and videos.
• Drive stellar execution of lead generation and thought leadership partner marketing activities.
• Facilitate development of compelling joint value proposition that differentiates our joint solution.
• Identify and team with key marketing players in partner companies to achieve objectives.
• Leverage MobileIron leadership team to expand and deepen our marketing engagement.
• Launch new joint partner solutions to market.
• Drive ongoing sales/channel communication and enablement, including content creation.
• Define programmatic co-marketing elements of the tech partner program.
• Set and manage top tier partner marketing budgets.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of enterprise marketing and partner marketing experience.
• Strategic mind-set, ability to prioritize and roll-up your sleeves.
• Experience developing co-marketing plans with greenfield partners, with measureable goals.
• Experience in driving solutions launches, including creation of compelling solutions content.
• Ability to manage lead generation and thought leadership activities from inception to execution.
• Marketing execution ninja and supreme multitasker, with superior organization skills.
• Resourceful enough to know when to delegate and pull in other resources to scale.
• Proven track record of supporting Sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Savvy in building marketing relationships at all levels that drive results.
• Technical aptitude in the area of mobility and enterprise infrastructure.
• Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services.
• Excellent written, graphical and verbal communicator.
• Budget management and tracking experience.
