The Role: Client Service Account Manager
The Location: Austin, TX – Flexibility to Work From Home/Telecommute approximately 20%-25%

experienced Client Service Account Manager to provide project oversight and unparalleled service to our
clients.
The Client Service Account Manager is the primary resource for all service related needs of our clients. They
are responsible for externally and internally managing the success of assigned projects while maintaining and
building client relationships and delivering a seamless experience. They are held accountable for the follow-up
and resolution of all client inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner as well as keeping the client apprised of
any project challenges. The Client Service Account Manager educates clients on our business process and
performs all necessary preparation/documentation for project launch. They monitor the metrics for the project
and keep the internal team up to date through detailed, thorough and timely communication. The Client Service
Account Manager is ultimately responsible for driving the project team to achieve established sales/project
goals and objectives while ensuring the client's satisfaction and securing repeat business.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a similar field
• At least five years of client service experience; ideal backgrounds include; project management,
consulting, and account management in the client services industry
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering business results on time and on budget
with with references to support your success around client satisfaction
• You are comfortable working in a metrics-driven climate including heavy interaction with CRM
Systems
• You have an enthusiastic, yet professional, attitude with excellent relationship building skills to go
along with a high level of organization and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• You are a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
• You are an expert communicator with a commanding yet humble telephone presence
