Title: Tax manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 12+ months with quarterly renewal
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager who will have responsibility for planning and implementation of key transfer pricing transactions at our client site. This includes assistance with new entity formation, documentation, tax provision, audits, financial modeling, and issue resolution for tangible, intangible, and complex service transactions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as Tax Manager and overall experiences required
- 3-5 years transfer pricing experience is a must.
- Previously worked at Big 4 and/or large corporate experience with international tax firms are strongly desired
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Access, Hyperion and Oracle
- Business Objects or SAP a plus
- Economics or Accounting Degree required, MBA or CPA preferred
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, be a team player, lead meetings.
