The Role: Senior Account Services Director

Currently, we are searching for a skilled and dynamic Senior Account Services Director to serve as the head of our Account Services Department.
The Senior Account Services Director role will involve preparation and delivery of proposals, serving in an advisory/client relationship conduct capacity and managing a staff of account services employees. They will not be directly responsible for bringing in new business, but will need to assist the sales team with working on and delivering proposals. The Senior Account Services Director will be held accountable for the retention of high-profile clients and are ultimately responsible for the success of their team. They will ensure that all revenue goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded.
Required Skills & Experience:
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
You have at least fifteen years of experience in account services and/or account management with five or more years spent working in an interactive marketing services capacity and five or more years of experience managing a large team
You have experience managing multiple accounts/projects and the ability to prioritize and work within a budget
You have the ability to build sound professional relationships at all levels of the organization and externally with clients
You possess experience with the preparation and execution of presentations to clients and senior executives
You exemplify a winning attitude that inspires others to achieve goals and deadlines in a competitive, high-pressure environment
You are a visionary leader with exceptional communication skills and can display this skill in thought, word and action
Experience with social and mobile media is a plus, but not required
An MBA is also a plus, but not required
