You are a dynamic Lead Management Specialist who wants to be part of a high performance sales team and work in partnership with US Sales and Marketing to grow and exceed revenue targets.
You will be responsible for:
• Sole responsibility for inbound lead processing and qualification according to established business rules
• Implementing and following established lead routing rules
• Assist in lead scoring process of the leads within Salesforce.com and the marketing automation system
• Format data to meet quality control standards for loading and updating into
Salesforce.com
• Run and analyze reports on lead activity and make recommendations for improvements on key dimensions such as lead source, campaign messaging, target audience.
• Track lead conversion metrics and make recommendations on what is working and what can be improved
• Support continued process improvement of the lead management system by evaluating current processes, definitions and business rules and making recommendations for positive change
• Participate in developing lead follow up plans for key campaigns
And you have:
• 5+ years inside sales experience
• High level of comfort with in-bound as well as out-bound phone sales
• Demonstrated expertise with CRM technology; Salesforce.com experience preferred
• Successful negotiating and influencing skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-channel, team-selling environment
• Clear communication skills to foster productive discussions between sales and marketing that lead to achieving better results with leads
• Strong customer focused orientation
• Willingness to master deep CPP product knowledge
