POSITION SUMMARY
The Americas Finance Change Management Lead will be responsible for the management, planning and development of communications and training surrounding the migration of core financial processes systems onto Aon's Global Finance Platform. In addition, the lead will take on change management responsibilities for other key process and technical projects impacting the Finance organization. This individual will manage the necessary activities in close cooperation with all stakeholders in the countries and within Finance. The position will report to the Director of Strategic Finance Projects, which is part of Aon's Global Finance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the change management strategy and schedule for key finance organizational change projects such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable Global Finance Platform rollouts
Manage the communications & training process, schedule and materials for the Global Finance Platform rollouts
Responsible for core project management items such as risk, issue, and status reporting
Coordinate logistics and timing of training and communications
Document process and organizational impacts to financial controls as a result of financial projects
Develop and review communications and messaging.
Communicate with business partners around the world
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable), Core Finance Processes and Multinational Accounting
Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger or Accounts Payable in a multinational environment
3-5 years project management experience, preferably in communication and training project work
Bilingual required (Spanish/English)
Required to have strong written and verbal communication skills (English AND Spanish)
Ability to clearly communicate with Finance and FP&A resources in other countries
Provide high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Desired
Willingness to travel if necessary
International experience and knowledge of foreign languages
