We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to provide supreme service to our customers while conducting parts and repair sales over the phone. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for exceeding a sales quota by acquiring new business and servicing existing customers through both inbound and outbound avenues. Outbound calls are made for the purpose of following up on sales, restoring inactive customers, and building the customer base. You will spend about 25% of your time performing outbound calls and the remaining 75% of your time fielding inbound calls. Our ideal candidate will have previous successful experience in a call center/inside sales role, a tenacious and proactive personality, and ability to learn quickly.

Your Required Skills & Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
•You have two to three years of successful experience working in a call center, customer service, or inside sales role and a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals
•You have demonstrated success selling parts and or products in a short-cycle sales environment
•Experience in the aviation industry is preferred, but will consider a person with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
•You are a natural problem-solver with the ability to generate sensible, realistic, and practical solutions to problems
•You are an active listener and proactive sales person with the ability to turn customer service calls into sales opportunities and generate additional business with your creativity and initiative
•You build trust and rapport with customers easily
•You're eager, self-motivated, intelligent, organized, have a self-sustained drive to succeed, learn new material easily, and are willing to work hard
•You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and work well with all departments of a company
