Title: Senior Sales & Business Development Professional
Description:
Smart Monitor is looking for senior (VP or Director) sales & business development professionals. Qualified professionals should be at least 10 years of successful sales or business development experience in high-tech and innovative or growing technology companies, preferably in the healthcare markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Execute a sales strategy based on clear milestones and deliver results
• Developing, maintaining, and managing an active business development pipeline
• Build business relationships with strategic partners
• Managing relationships and accounts of acquired channel and marketing partners
• Hands-on position; ability to perform without the assistance of a large supporting
organization

Experience Desired:
• 10+ years of sales / business development / marketing experience with negotiation skills
• Combination of strategic thinking with efficient execution
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated experience selling solutions and technologies for the healthcare and/or wellness markets
Additional Requirements:
• Strong inter-personal and negotiating skills
• Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured, entrepreneurial
organization with the ability to accomplish goals in a lean environment
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple
accounts and relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
