- Job Description: The Biztalk Administrator position will participate in a team that supports BizTalk and other Microsoft technologies in pre-production environment. They must have experience with Biztalk 2006 R, and newer versions, as well as experience with DotNet and other Microsoft Technologies.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Integrating, maintaining and administering Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 and 2010.
- Migrating from BizTalk 2006 R2 to newer versions.
- Experience with versioning and automated deployment technologies for BizTalk and web services.
- BizTalk monitoring and performance tuning. • BizTalk troubleshooting • Working with Development teams and Operations/Infrastructure teams QUALIFICATIONS: • Biztalk. (2006 R2 and 2010)
- SQL Server 2008 R2
- C# experience is a plus (course work is acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in information systems management, or related field; or related, equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving skills • Must possess a proven ability to complete detailed assignments accurately in a timely fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of personnel, and must possess the capacity to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and build relationships.
- Analytical skills to evaluate information gathered
- Strong team player.
WORK EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
- 3 or more years of Biztalk Server administration.
- 3 or more years of IT work experience in systems/applications support.
EDUCATION GUIDELINES
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline. Or equivalent work experience.
- BREADTH Intermediate professional level role. Works on multiple products, activities and projects as a project team member, and infrequently as a project team leader. Works on moderately complex tasks, projects, activities or support issues that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. May coach more junior staff.
