We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to assist the Revenue Finance manager. This position will focus on providing value-added analysis, metrics and analytics support and will play a key role in assisting with Shutterfly's revenue forecasting.
Major Responsibilities include:
Assist in company-wide revenue forecast management and target-setting processes
Work cross functionally to establish long term plan for Revenue and Unit by key products
Work closely with Revenue Finance Manager on all revenue forecast activities, with ownership of detailed revenue plan and daily KPI dashboard
Publish daily KPI, Product and New Customer Dashboard to Senior Management
Assist with Weekly Revenue Outlook management process and take ownership of the Outlook by product
Prepare and forecast daily and weekly revenue using Hyperion
Work with Data Warehouse to set up daily targets into the Cognos
Experience & Requirements:
B.S. degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
3 to 5 years of FP&A experience in a large growth company; ecommerce experience a plus.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
Systems savvy - experience with Oracle and Cognos (or Hyperion) is a plus. Excellent excel, modeling and forecasting skills are necessary.
Solid understanding of basic GAAP accounting assumed.
Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
