Job Description
The Symantec.com Online Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise eCommerce Marketing. This person will be responsible for developing and driving the transactional strategy on Symantec.com globally, and liaising with other eCommerce teams in Symantec. With Symantec's acquisition of VeriSign, the corporate website takes on a new level of support for the eCommerce funnel. This role will ensure that VeriSign's online business objectives are met or exceeded. It is an exciting new area for the Enterprise Online Marketing team and this person will be leading the charge.

Symantec makes acquisitions regularly. This person will also be responsible for assessing and bringing in the acquired company's website(s) without negative impact to eCommerce or other online business channels.

Symantec.com receives approximately 4.3 million unique visitors globally per month. The Online Marketing team is responsible for driving the global online strategy of the website, including the information architecture, editorial strategy, day-to-day operations, and projects and programs. There is plenty of opportunity to effect positive and lasting change through the website. The right person can have a high impact in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and drive to deliver transactional strategy on Symantec.com
- Act as key contact for the VeriSign product line and its eCommerce component
- Liaise with SMB and Norton eCommerce teams to share best practices, relevant insights, and ensure corporate alignment
- Manage the operational use of the new eCommerce-focused tools we are implementing on Symantec.com, such as Tea Leaf, Insight, etc.
- Manage the process for assessing and bringing in any acquired companies' websites
- Ensure that there is no negative impact to eCommerce or other online business channels throughout acquisition process
- Work closely with Corporate Online Marketing team and Online Operations team to roll out new functionality through standard project process
- Work closely with Design and Content teams to drive day-to-day changes
- Think, work, and act globally. Symantec.com is live in 48 countries.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years eCommerce experience working with Enterprise and SMB websites
- Experience with Tea Leaf, Omniture Site Catalyst, Discover, Insight – or comparable tools
- Experience with content management and globalization management systems. Interwoven TeamSite a plus.
- Experience integrating large, complex websites and systems, due to acquisitions or other business activities
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall development methodologies
- Familiarity with Information Architecture and Web Design best practices and methodologies
- Self-starter, good team player, can continue to execute amidst the change that is inherent in corporate environments
- Bachelor's degree
