Role: Websphere Portal developer
Duration: 9+ months
Rate: Open
Location: Milwaukee WI

In this role, successful candidates will design, develop, test, deploy, and support Portlets in WebSphere Portal-based environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years experience in Enterprise level portal development: JSR 186/286, J2EE, and external application integration/enablement through portal framework
* 3 years experience in designing and developing solutions using Websphere Portal 6.0 / 6.1 (any experience with 7.0 desirable) andWebsphere Experience Factory (previously known as Websphere Portlet Factory)
* Exerprience with WebSphere Portal with WCM (Web Content Management)
* Solid skill in web application development and Java frameworks and standards including at least one of the following: Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, JSF etc.
* Working experience with Rational Application Developer
* 5 years experience in Web Technologies (including as least one of the following: AJAX, HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript, and Dojo)
* 2 years experience in IBM Web Content Management (WCM) architecture and development
* Experience in SOA and web services design, development and testing
* Solid skill with SQL and DBMS platforms (e.g. DB2 etc.)
