Title: Communication Lead/Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+ months

Project: save energy cost for the company

Marketing & Communication Campaigns
-Participate in discovery efforts to best understand the audience for the communications including interviews and meetings
-Coordinating with creative agencies
-Coordinating and writing case Studies/internal news articles
-Leading the stakeholder engagement plan
-Creating and executing on the energy champion infrastructure
-Lead post-program sustainment
-Lead efforts to develop a sustainable program identity/brand (based on the objectives of the program) to be used as part of the communications
-Identify channels to best communicate program messages and drive the communication in those channels
-Participate in efforts to capture showcase opportunities/articles that help raise the awareness and impact of the program on targeted audiences
-Lead and develop Communications Plan for the program, document and keep current
-Ensure communications plan aligns to Change Management objectives
-Participate in weekly team meetings
-Provide additional strategic assistance on the education and training subtrack and collaborate with program team on developing the collateral(e.g., decks, documents)
-Social Media experience
