Location: Houston, TX
Our client successfully operates outpatient medical centers throughout Texas and will be expanding into additional markets this year. Their health care services are specifically tailored to accommodate the full needs of employers, both public and private. Online reporting services compliment their expanded range of health care services to employers and employees.
With the growing demand of their services and expansion of medical centers, our client seeking to add a Director of Human Resources who provides vision and strategic leadership to a rapidly growing organization by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the executive management team. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. This position will report to the CEO.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7-10 years of executive level or senior officer HR management experience supporting an organization of at least 1000 employees.
Strong experience in the areas of employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, diversity, 401K, employment law and compliance, organizational development, and executive coaching.
PHR or SPHR
BA/BS
