POSITION – BUSINESS DATA ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
TYPE – CONTRACT
The focus of the role will be the following:
• Business/data analyst focused on reviewing signed legal
• Extract, interpret and consolidate contractual discount and pricing information from legal contracts
• Define, upload, test, validate and maintain contractual discount data in Enterprise Discount Management Solutions (EDMS)
• Interface with broader SPS&A Operations team, Legal, Customer Service, Pricing Capability Project Team, Account Managers, IT and other teams for discount issue diagnosis and resolution; document all issues and analysis and provide readout to EDMS Operations Lead and Manager
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining metrics related to legal contracts, contractual discount data and operations activities
• Support other workstreams and responsibilities within the EDMS Operations team
• Attend and facilitate issue discussion and status meetings
