Role: Channel Partner Program Manager

Trada is a fast-growing, venture backed start-up based in Boulder, CO. Trada is the world's first and only crowdsourced paid search marketplace, where a community of more than 2,000 paid search experts – Optimizers – work and are paid on their performance. Advertisers and agencies that run their paid search campaigns on Google and Yahoo/Bing through Trada will have multiple Optimizers working on their campaigns at the same time. The diversity of thinking, expertise and sheer force of human power that comes from a group of people working in a performance-based market gets results an individual or software application could simply never achieve.

Trada is currently seeking a Channel Programs Manager who is both an execution master and creative thinker to support sell-through programs through our agency partners. You will be responsible for building revenue through partners by providing them with marketing programs, sales materials and best practices necessary to help them sell Trada's solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building and executing programs including training, certification, sales material development and marketing programs.

Trada's partner channel is new, so you will need to have the initiative to build the program and innovate quickly based on learning from our successes and failures. This is an integral role for building the newest and most innovative Partner Program in the paid search space. You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management team, looking for and creating new veins of opportunity to grow the Trada Partner Program.

Responsibilities•Create marketing materials for both online and offline use
•Develop content for clearly messaging Trada's Partner Program value propositions
•Be a "mad scientist" with Partner Programs which increase demand of Trada's multiple offerings
•Navigate within departments to leverage existing resources, and acquire outside resources as necessary
•Devise and design creative collateral to be used in promoting Trada's Partner Program to a dynamic range of targets. (Web Design to Traditional Marketing/Digital Agencies)
•Develop online marketing assets such as landing pages, website, email, newsletter, blog, case studies, webinars etc that are relevant and impactful to the Paid Search Industry
•Aid in developing certification programs that result in nurturing the Partner base to sell more and reduce internal post-sale cost structures
•Invent and collaborate on incentive programs tailored to the Partner base for increasing both net new account sales and existing account revenue increases
•Maintain and update partner training and certification materials
•Train and certify new partners on Trada's value proposition, service offering, onboarding process and support model
•Support reseller sales teams with demand generation programs and events to help them sell Trada's service offering
•Provide partners with marketing materials including presentations, case studies, brochures email templates, etc.
•Collaborate with our Account Management team to define service models for resellers and effectively communicate to both resellers and Trada's internal account management team
•Support Trada's sales and lead generation team with sales materials, qualification sheets and ongoing education and training about the channel partner program.
•Develop educational materials for reseller partners to keep them trained on Trada's service offering and industry trends.
•Build Trada's partner portal with information and content in support of our channel partners.

Duties•Contribute to establishing key marketing and sales metrics and drivers, track and report across departments frequently
•Maintain detailed Project Plan(s) in a shared repository
•Interact with the Trada Partner community with the objective of continuously capturing feedback for improving programs and materials
•Work with all other applicable departments to achieve the established project deadlines while tracking progress of department dependencies
•Provide constant candid feedback, receive it in return and course correct mistakes quickly
•With the utmost innovation, look for cross promotional opportunities to increase Trada's Partner Program reach
•Help to develop scalable and repeatable VAR Marketing processes so that quick campaign roll-out takes place. (Vertical targeting hits, email drips, A/B testing for business "vein" identification etc)
•Add Infinitum, which creates a playground for sales and marketing success
•Execute, execute and execute. Be fanatical about getting projects completed with the highest sense of urgency and impact

Required Skills•At least 3 years of agency marketing/programs management experience with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets through channel partner programs.
•Strong command of interactive marketing with a focus on Paid Search, and Facebook
•Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to produce collateral materials in support of channel programs.
•Experience working in a small, fast paced, high growth company with an ability to work independently.
