Contracts Administration Analyst position w/Pharm & Medicaid/Chargebacks exp – Central New Jersey
NOTE: RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE STATES OF: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey or Connecticut
You will be responsible for coordinating and administering all contract activity including bid development, documentation gathering, analysis, validations and processing for Managed Care (Commercial) rebates. This individual will also participate in the SOP process of the Contracts & Pricing ensuring proper communication between the Corporate Account Managers, Customers, Legal and Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and verify that all activity related to commercial rebate (i.e.: Managed Care) submissions are validated / processed and are accurate a timely manner in accordance with executed contract terms and conditions
• Analyze payment variances and trends to find outliers and research root causes for potential upstream errors or market activity
• Ensure all communication gaps are closed and documented for future excellence in administrative execution
• Cross train and willing to provide backup in other functions as they relate to the Contracts and Pricing area.
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience with Commercial Contracting experience, knowledge of Medicaid and Chargebacks is a plus
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize and work within strict timelines Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge Microsoft Office software (Excel, Work, Powerpoint, Access)
• Experience pulling data from various IT systems
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
