Client is seeking an experienced technical leader with expert knowledge of industrial gas turbine product definition and installation technologies. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing entrepreneurial company and help us grow and improve our engineering services in the gas and steam turbine industry.  
 
While this is a full time position, Client may be able to accommodate candidates seeking part-time employment. 
 
Among the detailed responsibilities will be the following:
Provide insight into Customer products, and product development processes. 
Support of the development of domain expertise to support customer engineering initiatives.
Architect and support the development of strategies, campaigns and solutions while working with an account team.
Provide technical oversight on design and development projects with customers. 
Support development of in house processes and tools to support customer campaigns and execution of projects.  
Ensure discipline in execution and adherence to process in engineering projects.  
Develop and train new generation of engineers in discipline and domain areas. 
Develop relations with Customer’s Technical specialists/functional leaders and decision makers
Support Client operations and Sales team in proposing Technical Solutions for responses to RFI/RFQ. 
Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership and detailed technical knowledge of products and engineering processes in the gas turbine industry
Experience with product definition of industrial gas turbines for power generation, including engine systems and component development, systems packaging, and piping design.
