The Mergis Group is looking for a Sourcer for our Fortune 500 banking client in downtown Atlanta, GA!
This is a contract position for the next 90 days with potential for a longer term assignment.
This individual:
· Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees
· Identifies applicant sources;
· Develops relationships with clients and applicants
· Participates in community relationship activities, in an effort to generate an applicant pool that meets business needs.
· Participates in project recruiting as needed.
· Completes required reporting documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or equivalent work experience
· Previous agency or corporate recruiting experience REQUIRED
· 2 to 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area;
· Working knowledge of ATS candidate databases and contact management software
· Ability to use high standard of ethics while calling into competitors to collect intelligence and recruit individuals;
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
· Ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior management/executives.
· Works with general direction regarding tasks to be performed while possessing a drive to succeed and work independently.
· A certain level of creativity and latitude is required
· Responsible for interviewing, selecting and referring applicants.
