Senior Lead .NET/ SQL Server Developer":

Immediate Phone interview followed by In person needed

60/pay if willing to give Insurance for this Client OR  ($ 5 less BR = 55/hr to go through an approved Clients approved vendor)

Summary of Responsibilities:

·         This Investments Client is a premier insurance asset manager with breadth across various asset sectors and global markets, and strong asset-liability management capabilities. With a $450 billion combined domestic and international general account portfolio and a multi-billion dollar annual cash flow, Investments is an important contributor to Client's financial performance.

·         The primary objective of Investments is to maximize Client's long-term economic value by investing in assets that support the company's liabilities and produce a consistent stream of operating earnings.

·         We are currently seeking a senior developer for the Derivatives and Portfolio Risk Analytics Team of Investments IT. The technical platforms used are .NET and SQL Server.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Full life cycle application development.

·         Requirements gathering and analysis.

·         Extensive application design, development, testing, and production deployment.

·         Support Derivatives Desk and Portfolio Management Unit on their risk and analytics needs.

·         8+ years of experience in full life cycle application development.

·         3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

·         Extensive customer interaction to gather requirements, propose solutions, perform user acceptance testing.

·         3+ years of experience developing solutions using ASP.NET and SQL Server.

·         Experience with XML and XSLT

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills.

·         Experience with derivatives, fixed-income securities a MUST HAVE
