Velossent is to hire several Jr.-mid-level account managers to join the team who will be responsible for establishing and building new client relationships and working with our recruiters and hiring managers to fill existing clients open positions.

Responsibilities:

        Working closely with recruiters and clients to Identify, engage, attract, qualify, build relationships and work closely with great talent for their open IT positions in a timely manner.

        Identify and build relationships with clients in need of talent in applications development, mobile, infrastructure, security, project management, product management, Cloud/SaaS services, technology sales/sales engineering, Business Intelligence, etc.

        Networking and building community and relationships with IT leaders through Social Media, online and local users groups.

        Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

        Participate in outreach activities to strengthen the client and candidate pipeline and to build employment brand.

 

Qualifications:

        Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably a technical degree)

        1-5 years of successful technical sales experience

        Flexibility and Creativity (feel free to show your creativity in applying)

        Proven track record of delivering a high volume of quality client relationships and job orders.

        Solid and demonstrable understanding of technology.

        An energetic and engaging phone personality with no phone reluctance – EVER.

        Fearless, self-motivated, and highly inquisitive with strong listening skills and a great attitude.

        Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and team members.

        Results-oriented work ethic with a competitive drive to be the best.

        Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
