[KITlist] Collateral Project Marketing Communications Manager (San Jose, CA)

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Collateral Project Marketing Communications Manager consultant. This collateral transformation project will run approximately one year for our client Cisco and candidates with Cisco experience will have priority in the consideration process. We are seeking a candidate with domain expertise in Security. This assignment will help map out the next generation of sales enablement collateral for our client. The consultant will be tasked with auditing current materials and determining what needs to be updated and what new pieces need to be created. This next generation sales enablement collateral project is targeted for delivery within a pre-determined project scope/timeline. Content will be leveraged from existing collateral and some will be created from scratch using writers that are already onboard. Successful marcom candidates will have an eye to consistent messaging and cohesive content development experience in the Security domain as well as experience developing and delivering sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate is efficient, accurate and detail oriented.


Specific responsibilities include:


* Collaborate to effectively determine existing sales enablement materials that can be leveraged into new generation and deliver on refreshing them with updated messaging

* Collaborate to determine what new sales enablement pieces are appropriate to the new generation sales collateral and develop and deliver these pieces in a timely manner

* Interface with internal copywriters to ensure messaging alignment and correct content inclusion

* Follow set, aggressive goals for planning, orchestrating, tagging and publishing of new and refreshed sales enablement collateral

* Consistently deliver on agreed goals within agreed timeframes

* Manage a cross-functional team of specialists to execute against plan

* Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a positive, productive dialogue to develop and deliver what they need

* Create regular reports to track progress; consistently communicate that progress

* Identify quick wins and opportunities to accelerate project and build proposal for execution and delivery


Skills:


* 6 - 7 years of related sales enablement, sales operations, project management and/or marketing experience in B2B environment

* Domain experience in internet security

* Experience project managing the timely delivery of sales enablement collateral

* Ability to work within specific, pre-defined and detailed project checklists, ensuring accuracy throughout the process

* Ability to overcome objections, creating alignment and fostering good working relations with internal constituents is key

* Familiarity with use of document management, workflow and collaboration skills

* Superior execution and operational skills

* Excellent people and project management skills

* Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar


Rate: D.O.E, as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
