Job Description and Desired Skills:
Accellion is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing highly effective marketing programs and demand generation campaigns in conjunction with strategic partners.
Lead the development and management of partner marketing programs designed to generate new sales leads and grow the pipeline for Accellion
Develop partner marketing strategy and program
Plan and execute co-marketing programs with partners
Coordinate all partner marketing activities across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Events Marketing
Develop and maintain partner marketing web sites and assets
Build partner oriented content, coordinating with Product Marketing Managers
Track, test, and analyze data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programs using Marketo and Salesforce
Report on campaign results, ensuring ROI is measured for all campaigns
Drive awareness of brand, messaging, positioning and marketing programs to customers and leads
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing Partner Marketing Programs with strategic and/or technology partners
Proven success driving B2B marketing across a broad range of disciplines including email marketing, online advertising, webinars, tradeshows/events, and paid search
Excellent communication skills with experience developing partner marketing programs, messaging, and offers for IT professionals, and C-level executives
Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and translate value propositions into compelling campaigns for targeted audiences in conjunction with partners
Experience with enterprise and SMB messaging is ideal
A strong understanding of marketing analytics to be able to test, track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns
Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo is desired
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
Education/Experience:
5+ minimum years in a similar role
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
