Title: Marketing Program Manager
Duration: Contract
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
As part of the customer reference team, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating written and video case studies and industry-specific customer and partner examples
- Building relationships at the executive level of customers
- Driving cross-functional teams to ensure we approach customers with the voice for reference requests
- Connecting customers who can validate the business transformational value of Solutions with press and analysts to increase buzz, awareness, and positive discussion
- Working with account managers and partners to identify interesting uses of our technology
- Project managing a pipeline of opportunities and ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner
- Identifying customers for speaking placements onsite and industry events; crafting / submitting abstracts
- Supporting customer events in-house and 3rd party
- Working with EFT teams to cultivate customers for references activities, especially with press and analyst
- Promoting customer successes through customer roundtables, blogs, web banner ads, integration into GTM plays
Skills required:
- Degree and 5+ years of related experience
- Must have strong program management experience
- Creating written and video case studies and industry-specific customer and partner examples
- Professional and has the ability to communicate to cross-functional C-levels executive and sales stakeholders
