We are looking for a Events Support manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company. The Events Support manager will be responsible for supporting a team of Field Marketing managers in planning, programming and logistics management for regional marketing events - including executive level/high touch events and larger scale events and potentially, other field marketing support responsibilities.
This is a 40 hours per week; 12 month long role onsite at the clientÂ's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 SolutionsÂ' employee.
Responsibilities:
ÂHelp coordinate logistics of assigned events from planning to execution including but not limited to registration, reservations, payments, assessing vendor participation, establishing partnerships with equipment vendors, researching additional opportunities related to each show, overseeing all aspects of booth expansion, organizing booth demos with sales/training teams.
ÂHelp set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities for events.
ÂTraveling to on-site inspections and project managing events.
ÂEnsuring excellent customer service and quality delivery of each event.
ÂProvide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
Requirements:
Â2 to 3 years events experience. Experience working with sales organizations.
ÂExtreme attention to detail
ÂStrong analytical and organizational skills
ÂCapable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
ÂAbility to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
ÂAbility to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
ÂBA in marketing, communication, or related area of study or equivalent experience.
