Image & Capture Solution Architect Technical Development Manager position - Atlanta local candidates only
Base salary + 20% bonus and excellent benefits

Must have:
· Large Scale Imaging / Image Capture experience in large scale organization in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, travel industry
· Experience across the SDLC and into production: App Development, Code Reviews, QA/Testing, Change and Configuration Management
This position will require a senior level Solution Architect for Security applications, to join the Technology Workstream Organization.
This Development Manager will be part of a high-performance project delivery team leading 15 direct reports in the delivering custom and off the shelf imaging solutions
Manager role in the Image & Capture Workstream responsible for managing the activities of a technology development and integration function - overseeing the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Enterprise Content Management and Imaging solutions.
The TDM will be responsible for managing Product Owners, technical leads, architects, and BA’s supporting these products.
The TDM is responsible for people management, performance management and overall technology management; including change management, product roadmap, code migration and documentation
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the software development life-cycle is adhered to and establishing a Product Management framework for the Image & Capture applications
Planning and managing the development and implementation of Image & Capture technical solutions
Full management responsibilities for teammates
Preferred Domain Experience:
Note: Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies is highly preferred;
however the successful candidate MUST demonstrate the Required Experience listed above to be considered for this role.
Candidates that lack ECM experience, but meet the Required Experience will be considered.

· Capture Processing outsourcing with a vendor like Xerox(ACS)
· Store/Repository FileNet Technologies
· Search/Retrieve/View Architecture and concepts
· Familiarity with process workflow tools like FileNet BPF, and/or PegaSystems
· Experience with SQLServer, Oracle, DB2, WAS a plus.
· Good knowledge of Java development in WebSphere environment
· Good knowledge of .NET development
· Good knowledge of SQL for SQL Server and DB2
· Familiar with both Windows and Linux platform
