About this Job
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help us build the best legal services experience on the planet. The Ecommerce Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience of choosing and purchasing a Rocket Lawyer product – whether it's a legal document, legal service or membership. The right person in this role will make a huge (and highly quantifiable) impact on Rocket Lawyer's success.
Responsibilities:
• Create quarterly, annual and long-term business strategies for ecommerce efforts
• Identify ways to improve conversion, abandonment, revenue per user and other key ecommerce performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability
• Proactively conceive, define, and drive the testing of new purchase experiences, new product assortments and pricing models based on customer need, market trends and competitive advantage
• Coordinate ecommerce development efforts both in-house and with our platform provider
• Manage setup and maintenance of all products and promotions on the ecommerce platform
• Oversee site operations to ensure continued ecommerce growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Drive best practices for ecommerce opportunities, processes and tools through continuous learning, awareness of ecommerce trends and innovation
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Business Development to support product sales and management on a variety of platforms – both on and off the website
• Oversee and monitor ecommerce KPIs and work with cross-functional teams to leverage those metrics for better reporting and overall business intelligence
Qualifications/Skills:
• 3+ years of related product management experience or experience with a B2C product.
• 2+ years of ecommerce experience with extensive knowledge of B2C ecommerce strategies and best practices.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure in a high-visibility role.
• Experience with optimization, including A/B and multivariate testing required.
• Experience with Salesforce, channel/affiliate management or other sales process automation is a plus.
• BS/BA required. MBA or technical Master's degree preferred.
