The North America Field Marketing Manager is a member of a global field marketing team and will be responsible for driving regional marketing strategy, creating and executing programs to increase brand awareness, penetration across the top enterprise accounts and lead generation in North America. This position will develop and drive high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy. The role will support sales teams, in a fast paced environment and requires experience in account based marketing, C-level executive programs and events management. Position requires exceptional creativity, innovation and a hands-on approach.


This position is either in Alameda or Sunnyvale.

Responsibilities
-Integrate corporate strategy within North America field marketing programs and translate corporate strategy and vision into effective field programs
-Proactively drive account based marketing programs from planning, execution, to tracking results
-Understand field needs, ensure alignment, define programs and success measurement, execute on the programs, analyze and report results
-Define marketing plans to create/accelerate opportunities and build executive relationships that impact deal growth
-Communicating and executing enterprise and industry events to local teams
-Engaging sales to work proactively with marketing develop objectives and drive attendance to events
-Facilitate an open and ongoing dialog between marketing and the field to ensure tight alignment
-Manage the field marketing team
-Maintain field marketing program budget
-Collaborate with multiple marketing functions globally

Qualifications
-7-10 years of marketing experience, with hands-on field marketing background
-Experience in team management
-Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
-Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in account based marketing and executive programs for large enterprise customers
-Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and Marketo
