Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3 Months (Onsite)
Job Description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the entire recruitment process and ensures that company policies are followed.
This includes but is not limited to:
· Sourcing Candidates.
· Coordination of telephone screens and interviews.
· Background checks.
· Assessment Compliance.
· Train managers on company policies and procedures relating to the employment process Follow up to ensure compliance.
· Retrain as necessary.
· Working with managers, peers, and hiring managers to develop and implement creative and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term needs specific to their region and/or functional area.
· Utilizes their expertise to assist managers in developing a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs. This includes working with the College Recruiting team to develop career fair schedules, intern and co-op programs, as well as innovative recruiting methods and programs. Acts as a “ sounding board” for managers in relation to their hiring needs.
· Gives feedback to their manager on issues to field hiring.
· Sources, screens, and recommends candidates for management and other difficult to fill positions.
· Strives to position our company as an “employer of choice” and facilitate a world class recruiting experience for candidates and interview loop participants at our company.
· Workforce planning and headcount planning Gather approved headcount prior to start of new fiscal year.
· Meeting with VP/Director to set priorities Report/budget with headcount and position breakdown.
· Sourcing strategy and execution.
· Quarterly sourcing plan based on hiring priorities and profiles.
· Competitive intelligence research.
· Metrics and measurement of success of strategy Assures that all prospects are tracked in applicant tracking system.
· Other duties as requested or required.

· Must have strong problem solving skills.
· Must have excellent communication and people skills.
· High level of flexibility and creativity Ability to respond to shifting priorities and tasks and follow through on projects.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Education, Certification, and/or Training in recruitment
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of successful direct recruiting experience required; preferably in the same functional area as they will be supporting. Experience with on-line and Internet recruiting. Some experience with a multi-location employer is highly desirable.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
· Knowledge of human resources practices as well as federal and state laws related to employment.
· Must be PC and Internet literate; including Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred skills:
· Prior telecommunications experience is a plus.
· Experience working with a resume tracking database, HTML and HRIS a plus.
