Title: Sales and Customer Manager
Location: Rancho Cordova (Partial Remote work)
Duration: 12 months (renewable per quarter)

Experis has multiple mid level Sales/Customer Success manager for our client located in Rancho Cordova and San Jose, CA. These are multiple positions for someone with Sales type experience with passion for customer service.

Requirements:
- 3+ years professional experience
- MS Suite Proficiency
- Bachelors Degree required (equivalent experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Inside Sales/Account Manager background preferred
- Looking for someone who partners well with a variety of others, can overcome obstacles, strong communicator
- Web conferencing/industry experience strongly preferred.

Desired Skills
- Experience in lifecycle account management
- SaaS and/or conferencing experience
- Proven track record of managing very large and complex projects
- Proven track record in managing projects that rely heavily on internal teams and organizations in demonstrating leadership in a team environment
- Ability to drive the implementation, deployment and support of highly technical hardware and software integrations
- Ability to create project plans for long and short term adoption strategies and execute on them
- Ability to drive upgrades and migration of customer�s Sites including presentations to executive sponsors, change management plans for hosts and coordinating host facing communication plans for post upgrade support plans.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of demonstrating empowerment of issue-resolution and proper use of escalation.
- A very strong balance between being a strategic and visionary thinker and the ability to effectively execute at the task level to support the overall plan.
- Innovative strategy and takes initiative with adoption opportunities.
