Account Executive/Sales IT/Technical Staffing Position - Northeast Atlanta(Northeast Atlanta)
Founded in 1990, Atlanta-based Vector Consulting, an IT talent acquisition company, is expanding and seeks a full time Account Executive to join our team in Atlanta GA. We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated individual who has at least 2 years of proven track record in Account management and Business Development working with clients in the IT Services industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary functions and duties include:
- Generate business opportunities through dedicated account management, prospecting, cold-calling and warm-calling
- Support account management plans for key accounts and build trust, loyalty and strong long-term relationships
- Understand and qualify client IT Resource needs thoroughly to provide qualified consultants to fulfill specific needs.
- Meet client managers and consultants on a regular basis to review progress, understand clients expectations and needs, proactively address concerns and escalate issues to senior management if required.
- Create and conduct presentations and proposals to customers
- Respond to Client Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets
- Responsible for entering and maintaining lead, customer and sales opportunity data in the internal CRM database
- Demonstrate desire to progress and excel by continued learning of the trends in the IT Talent acquisition industry, latest technology and services

- Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in different environments (VMS and non VMS), and with diverse people, and technologies
- Good organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong understanding of IT Labor Categories and other IT Technical terms.
- Excellent Client Interfacing and Communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems
Effective negotiating skills
- Maintain a laser focus, high energy, and an exceptional work ethic
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Knowledge and past use of applicant tracking & VMS systems
- Quick learner of systems, processes, and procedures
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree and good knowledge in IT are sufficient for this position
