Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to manage both the strategic and day-to-day elements of our clients' analysts relations programs. As part of the Global Communications and Content Strategy organization, the Analyst Relations Manager will work closely with key, internal stakeholders, ensuring that both short and long term planning is supported, and a market focused perspective is driven. Additionally, the Manager will work with other marketing disciplines, ensuring that key content is developed and leveraged across marketing programs for both awareness and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:



Understand clients' solution and product roadmap and be able to articulate company Vision and Mission to key analysts and firms

Develop strategic relationships with select influencer analysts in order to support corporate strategic goals

Create and implement tiered analyst relations strategies and programs that drive both in-bound and out-bound communications and ensure proactive and results-oriented communication with the analysts community

Consult with theater teams in order to understand their needs and influence AR firm relationships across Europe and Asia

Develop, drive and integrate with key marketing programs that leverage AR content and insights in order to drive amplification and engagement against key target audience(s)

Provide key direction and content for programs such as annual analyst conference, analyst events, strategic consulting sessions, analyst communications, and internal communications

Manage investment in analyst research services and subscriptions, including negotiating research subscription contracts

Manage and filter all internal requests for inquiries into analyst firms

Manage and control all analyst firm requests from executives and staff

Provide communications support including presentations, briefings, and talking points to assist with outreach to all audiences. This includes extracting relevant information and data from analyst reports and surveys.

Develop and institutionalize AR training, best practices and processes

Synthesize content and share knowledge and insight from analyst interactions to team members and the company

Skills:

4-6 years global industry analyst relations experience in the technology sector

Strong analytic, organization and project management skills

Experience working and communicating closely with senior executive level teams, while functioning both as consultant and lead when needed (scale up/down)

Experience in product and segment marketing, public relations preferred

Working knowledge of social marketing and the implementation of social amplification and engagement programs

Strong communications skills (verbal, public speaking, written), internal and external

Ability to work under tight timelines, while working across a variety of programs and tactics

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Technology or Business preferred

Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group, benefits available

Location: Primarily offsite/remote/virtual/WFH/telecommute. Candidates must have flexibility (with reasonable notification) to occasionally go to clients' office in Santa Cruz for periodic interviews or meetings, as needed. Local S.F. Bay Area candidates only; no phone calls, please.

Hours/Duration: 32-40 hours per week, ASAP – one year
