The Role:
Our Marketing Team is looking for a driven and creative self-starter that can own planning and execution of our growing pipeline of marketing events. Is this you? The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing multiple events, thrives by keeping all moving parts in precise rhythm and is able to work collaboratively to create a direct return on investment.
Responsibilities:
Manage event planning and operations from pre to post, including vendor sourcing, contracting, invoicing, logistics, supervision of building, sponsor integration, and onsite management.
Create and execute on opportunities for prospective clients to try out our technology, working closely with Jiff's product team
Work with event organizers and partners to identify and create additional branding opportunities at events
Create event briefs and reports for pre-planning communications and post-event evaluation to include tracking and reporting key performance metrics, objectives, and goals
Draft, track and manage event budgets
Create and manage strategies for tracking and analyzing results and engagement from event participation.
Own all logistics relating to collateral and content production for events
Serve as an onsite ambassador for our brand, possessing strong knowledge of our products and industry trends
Requirements:
3+ years experience managing conference, tradeshow and other event programming
Bachelor's Degree from top-tier university preferred
Must be strategic, creative, and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on our overall marketing goals
Über-advanced organizational and project management skills
Highly-motivated with the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
Knowledge and experience in working with vendors, managing budgets
Ability to travel 25%, sometimes on last minute notice
Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Keynote
Fluency with Salesforce
